How many designs do I get a month?
Fixed in writing before you pay — volume depends on the mix (statics vs edits vs print). The scope doc lists exact counts and turnaround times per item type.
Do you shoot video or only edit?
Both. We shoot on-site when scoped (products, teams, spaces) and edit from your footage when you have it.
How fast are revisions?
Standard items turn around in 24–72 hours; retainer clients get a same-day lane for urgent pieces. Revisions are part of the deal, not a favour.
Who owns the source files?
You do — working files included, delivered monthly. No hostage PSDs.
