Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 September 2026

Plain-language terms for using our website and buying from us. If something here is unclear, ask us before you sign up. We would rather explain it than have it surprise you.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Expansio, a digital marketing, design, web development and AI automation studio with its head office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. They apply when you use expansio.in or buy any service or product from us, including the WhatsApp AI Agent and Expansio Business Manager.

If you and Expansio have signed a separate written agreement or accepted a written proposal, that document controls wherever it differs from this page. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What we provide

We provide digital marketing, social media, branding and design, web development, AI automation and WhatsApp bots, and software products. The exact scope, deliverables, price and timeline for your work are set out in a proposal, invoice or plan page that you accept, in writing or by paying.

If you ask for work outside the agreed scope, we will tell you how it changes the price or timeline before we start it.

3. Prices and payments

  • Prices are the ones on your proposal, invoice or plan page.
  • Any applicable taxes are shown on your invoice.
  • Advertising spend paid to Meta, Google and other platforms is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Some services need an upfront payment before work starts. If an invoice goes unpaid past its due date, we may pause the work until it is settled.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment gateway. We never see or store your card number or UPI PIN.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Some products, such as the WhatsApp AI Agent, are sold as a subscription that renews automatically each billing period through a UPI Autopay or card mandate. You will be notified before every auto-debit.

There is no lock-in and no exit fee. To cancel, message us before your next billing date and we will cancel the mandate. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Unless your written agreement says otherwise, fees for a billing period that has already started are not refunded. If we fail to deliver what we promised, tell us and we will put it right or refund the affected amount.

5. What we need from you

  • Give us accurate information and the access, content and approvals we ask for on time.
  • Make sure you have the right to use the logos, photos, text and other material you give us.
  • Follow the law that applies to your business and your advertising. For regulated businesses, such as clinics, you are responsible for the compliance of your own claims and services. We build with these rules in mind but do not give legal advice.
  • Use our products only for lawful purposes. For WhatsApp products, that means messaging only people who have agreed to hear from you and following the WhatsApp Business and Meta policies.

Delays in what we need from you can move delivery dates.

6. Results and third-party platforms

We work hard and back our work with real numbers, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a number of leads, sales, followers, or a search ranking. Results depend on your market, offer, budget, and on platforms we do not control.

Meta, Google, WhatsApp and similar platforms set their own rules and can change them, or restrict an account, at any time. We are not responsible for a platform’s decisions, but we will help you respond to them.

7. Who owns what

Unless your written agreement says otherwise, once we have been paid in full for a deliverable made specifically for you, such as a logo, a design or a website you commissioned, you own it.

We keep ownership of our own software, tools, templates, code libraries and know-how, including the WhatsApp AI Agent and Expansio Business Manager. When you buy a product or subscription, you receive the right to use it while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.

We may show finished work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Confidentiality

We treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver your work. This does not cover information that is already public or that we are legally required to disclose.

9. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Expansio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, arising from our services or this website.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending our work together

You can stop using our services at any time, subject to any notice period in your written agreement and to paying for work already done. We may suspend or end a service if you break these terms or do not pay, and we will tell you why.

11. Using this website

The text, design and other content on expansio.in belong to Expansio or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference, but you may not copy the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to mislead others. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but provide it as is.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that we cannot resolve by talking to each other will be subject to the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect work already agreed in a written proposal unless both sides agree.
