Privacy Policy

“Expansio”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Expansio, a digital marketing, design, web development and AI automation studio with its head office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. We serve clients across India. This policy covers expansio.in, the enquiries you send us, and the software products we offer, including the WhatsApp AI Agent and Expansio Business Manager.

Information you give us.

• Enquiries: your name, your phone number or email address, and any message you write, when you use our quote or strategy-call form or message us on WhatsApp.
• Onboarding: your name, phone number, business name and city, when you set up a product with us.
• Client and billing details: your name, business name, email address, phone number and the payment and invoice records for services you buy from us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we and our analytics partners receive technical data such as the pages you view, the links you click, your device and browser type, your approximate location, and the site you came from.

Payments. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with our payment gateway, not with us. We receive confirmation of payment, not your card number or UPI PIN.

WhatsApp conversations. If you message us, we see your number, name (as set in WhatsApp) and the messages you send. If you chat with a business that uses our WhatsApp AI Agent, we process those messages on that business’s behalf so the agent can reply. That business decides why the conversation is collected, and its own privacy policy applies to it.

• To reply to your enquiry and set up a call or a proposal.
• To deliver, bill and support the services and products you buy.
• To send you confirmations and service messages by email or WhatsApp, such as a confirmation that we received your enquiry.
• To understand how the site is used and to measure whether our own ads work.
• To keep the site secure and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only with providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need. Today these include:

• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Supabase — stores our database, including enquiries and client records.
• Resend — delivers our emails.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — delivers WhatsApp messages.
• Payment gateway partners, such as Razorpay — process payments and recurring mandates.
• Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) — measure site usage and ad performance.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If Expansio is ever merged with or acquired by another business, your information may transfer to it under the same protections.

Some of these providers store or process data outside India. We choose providers that apply recognised security standards.

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. They place cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to count visits, see which pages are useful, and measure our advertising. We do not use them to identify you by name.

You can limit this at any time:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Change your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.

The site keeps working if you block them.

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful for following up with you, and delete them on request. We keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your information, unless we must keep it by law;
• stop using your information for follow-up messages;
• withdraw a consent you have given us.

Email info@expansio.in from the address or number you used with us, and tell us what you want. We aim to reply within 30 days.

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to our systems to the people who need it, and choose providers with established security practices. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps and will tell you and the authorities where the law requires us to if something goes wrong.

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.

If you have a complaint about how we handle your information, write to our Grievance Officer at Expansio, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, or email info@expansio.in with the subject “Grievance”. We will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it promptly.
